- Serve as global key asset digitalization expert for all production sites and R&D facilities
- Identify equipment where monitoring can provide significant benefit. Define monitoring strategy and level of complexity required for optimal support of operations
- Support global projects on Asset Performance Management (APM) and Manufacturing Execution System (MES) as key player from manufacturing
- Develop equipment monitoring standards, design and implement dashboards, and harmonize between the sites
- Standardize key tools and promote global roll-out
- Develop blueprint for equipment monitoring and digital workforce support and promote global roll-out
- Build up global asset digitalization community, educate and coach colleagues, organize transfer of knowledge
- Support development of digitalization strategy and roadmap

Competencies, Skills and requirements:

- Multidisciplinary knowledge in relevant scientific areas (engineering, chemistry, physics, data analysis) on global expert level required
- Significant experience in digitalization of operations required
- Rubber production processes are quite complex and highly interconnected. The incumbent needs in-depth understanding of equipment monitoring technology and production processes for doing efficient data analysis and developing efficient dashboards supporting data-driven decisions
- The incumbent has a strong expertise allowing him to develop new standards and to educate and coach colleagues
