Our client is a digital partner with a base in Europe. They focus on sustainable digital value generation and serve a variety of major and mid-sized businesses, including Amazon, Munich RE, and more than 50 global private equity companies. Due to their high level of selection, they only have 200 employees at the moment, but they are currently in a strong growth period and seeking to add 300 people as soon as feasible. Their specialised team of professionals, which consists only of the best brains, has grown as a result of projects they have landed with global industrial giants.

**What to expect**:

- Controlling the ideation process and creating innovative thoughts, ideas, and implementations for clients across all industries in a cross-functional team
- Creation of integrated brand experiences that take into account all user touchpoints, user-centered solutions, and cutting-edge user interfaces based on user experience and design expertise
- Fostering and implementing creative greatness in a setting that is highly motivating and ongoing market, trend, and tool analysis
- Along with working with all pertinent internal stakeholders from strategy, content, marketing, and development, support for the management is provided in terms of both client retention and new business
- The Experience Design team's functional and disciplinary leader, includes talent development and growth strategy

**Personal Requirements**:

- Has a strong intellectual background and a university degree in digital media, web design, information technology, or computer science
- A track record of leading and coordinating teams
- Proficient in user-centered design methods, creative desipracticesractises, and user experience concepts and methodologies
- Exceptional graphic design abilities and assurance using the most recent design technologies, such as Sketch, Figma, Principle, Adobe XD (and the rest of the Adobe Creative Suite), and InVision
- The capacity to create novel features and solutions using insights from analytics and research
- Exceptional ability to articulate concepts and create solutions to stakeholders
- Fluent in both German and English
