Under the direction of the Inside Sales Lead, the Inside Sales Representative will work cooperatively with Outside Sales, clients, and members of the EPSI Europe GmbH team to grow existing customers, create new customers, and meet or exceed monthly sales quotas while increasing customer satisfaction.

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Ability to develop rapport and maintain strong working relationships with internal and
external customers.
- Ability to articulate ideas in a clear, concise manner.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Ability to resolve customer complaints by investigating problems and providing
recommendations.
- Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working with distributors, end users and manufacture's rep groups.
- Other duties as assigned

**SUPERVISION**
- Receives general supervision from the Inside Sales Lead.

**EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE**
- Associates degree and a minimum of 3 years sales experience.

**REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES**
- Bilingual in Frech and German.
- Ability to speak English a plus
- Self-motivated needing mínimal direction.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Able to prioritize.
- Mechanical aptitude.
- Above average verbal and written communication skills.
- Minimum 40 WPM typing

**PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS**
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
