ABSCHNITT 1: STELLENÜBERSICHT*
Steuerung von Produktionsmaschinen zur Herstellung von komplexen Medizinprodukten unter
Beachtung der Qualitätsanforderungen (Spezifikationen) sowie Fällen von Entscheidungen im
Produktionsablauf.
ABSCHNITT 2: AUFGABEN UND VERANTWORTLICHKEITEN*
Diese Position umfasst unter (z. B. beschränkter Aufsicht, allgemeiner Leitung etc.) und in
Übereinstimmung mit allen geltenden bundesstaatlichen, staatlichen und lokalen Gesetzen/Vorschriften
sowie den Prozeduren und Richtlinien von Johnson & Johnson:
Hauptaufgaben:

- Bedienung, komplexe Einrichtung, Umrüstung, Reparatur und Instandhaltung von halb
- und
vollautomatischen Produktionsmaschinen gemäß Spezifikationen, teilweise per
Computersteuerung
- Überwachung von Einstellparametern gemäß Spezifikationen
- Qualitätssicherung und Durchführung von visuellen Qualitätskontrollen an der gefertigten Ware
- Qualitätskonforme Erledigung von Auftragsdokumentationen in elektronischer sowie in
Papierform
- Überwachung der Rohmaterialversorgung, je nach Fachbereich
- Ansprechpartner bei technischen Problemen, Fehlerfindung und -behebung bei
kostenbewusstem Umgang mit Ersatzteilen
- Übernahme von Verantwortung für Teamleistung
- Informationsweitergabe von technischen Belangen über alle Schichten
- Mitarbeit an Verbesserungsprojekten (z.B. Kaizen) und Unterstützung bei der
Ergebnisumsetzung
- Unterstützung des Process Technical Expert bei Projekten
- Fördern von abteilungsübergreifender Zusammenarbeit
- Anlernen von Auszubildenden

Weitere Verantwortlichkeiten:

- Einhaltung von betriebsinternen Vorschriften (Sicherheit, GMP, GDP)
- Bereitschaft zur Erarbeitung von Prozessverbesserungen
- Verantwortlich für die Kommunikation geschäftsbezogener Sachverhalte oder Möglichkeiten an
die nächste Führungsebene
- Diejenigen, die Personal beaufsichtigen oder leiten, sind dafür verantwortlich, dass unterstellte
Mitarbeiter alle Unternehmensrichtlinien in Bezug auf Gesundheits-, Sicherheits
- und
Umweltpraxis befolgen und dass alle dafür erforderlichen Ressourcen verfügbar und in gutem
Zustand sind, falls zutreffend.
- Verantwortlich für die Sicherstellung, dass alle bundesstaatlichen, staatlichen, lokalen sowie
Vorschriften, Richtlinien und Prozeduren des Unternehmens persönlich und von dem
Unternehmen eingehalten werden.
- Erfüllt andere je nach Bedarf zugewiesene Aufgaben.

- Abgeschlossene, technische Berufsausbildung
- Absolvieren der Certified Operator Schulung, sofern der Arbeitsplatz dies erforderlich macht
