Our **Product Division** develops, produces and distributes audio, video, IT and communication solutions. With our live production tools for the media, sports, entertainment and corporate industries, we deliver a wide range of high-quality and state-of-the-art products that are among the most innovative of their kind in the industry.
Join us as **Industrial Engineering Specialist** **(M/F/d) on this exciting journey and experience the fascination of Riedel Communications in action.
**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Increased productivity and quality through standardization of processes
- Introduction of Design for Manufacturing methods
- Testing and implementation of automation options for medium-sized quantities of products
- Digitization of production processes through the introduction of an MES system
- Modernization and streamlining of test concepts at RIEDEL and its suppliers
**THAT'S YOU**
- Successfully completed studies in the field of industrial engineering, electrical engineering or comparable courses of study
- Strong background and experience in design, manufacturing and test of high-tech micro-electronics and electromechanics (preferably in B2B environment)
- Able to define manufacturing and testing requirements, processes and guidelines
- (International) experience with subcontracting/outsourcing of manufacturing
- Proven knowledge of (semi) automated manufacturing and testing processes for high-tech electronic devices
- Uptodate with latest PCB/system test technologies and systems
- Familiar (experience) with Lean, Six Sigma
- Strong quality (improvement) focus
- Self-starter, pragmatic
- Proven project management skills and experience
- Able to work in multi-disciplinary teams
- Fluent in German and English
- Willingness to travel internationally
