**Your responsibilities**:

- Advising the group management board and all departments in the field of data protection
- Development, implementation and ensure company-wide data policies and data compliance frameworks
- Responsibility for data privacy & protection related support for subsidiaries and the Headquarter in close collaboration with the Group IT
- Crucial role in shaping the future of the company’s data policies & data compliance within the data governance organization and actively contribute to the success of the digital strategy at PERI
- Participation in innovative projects on developing new services and digital products
- Drafting and review of data protection related contracts and templates
- Preparation of legal opinions and statements in the field of data protection regulation

**Your profile**:

- University degree in business, business informatics, computer science, natural science, law / digital focus or similar
- Many years of relevant professional experience in data compliance and/or data policies preferably in a regulated industry
- Project management experience and the ability to drive topics
- Proven knowledge in European data protection laws and practices
- Expertise in defining, documenting and implementing data governance best practices, policies & procedures in a large organization
- Excellent analytical and conceptional thinking paired with the ability to understand multiple interdependencies
- Outgoing personality that is able to firmly manage diverse stakeholder groups and profound communication skills
- High level of commitment, creativity and initiative, organizational talent and team spirit
- Fluent English and preferably German language skills
