**Job Description**:
**WE ARE LOOKING FOR AN INDIVIDUAL WHO CAN**:
- Lead the People Analytics strategy, development and execution ensuring strong people data management
- Identify, implement, manage and continuously enhance the people analytics tools and portfolio
- Own and leverage all HRIS data; partnering with our Growth Analytics team to build a talent intelligence platform
- Consult and guide countries in the region on the proper set-up, design, usage of our Global People System
- Align and harmonize data architecture across countries
- Establish and promote data governance to improve overall operational performance and data quality
**Qualifications**:
**AN INDIVIDUAL WHO HAS**:
- 5 - 10 years People operations/Transformation/Data Management
- Skills to handle considerable amount of data, been able to structure it and provide recommendations based on your analysis
- Experience with Workday/SuccessFactors or any other HR System
- Excellent project management skills
- Proven track record of leading and implementing HR Systems or Transformation programs
- Experience using People analytics systems or tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
