**Your areas of responsibility include**:

- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to plan and execute release testing
- Reproducing and documenting reported defects with precise steps for reproduction
- Testing product changes against defined acceptance criteria and varying conditions
- Communicating with customers to analyze and resolve bugs, as well as collaborating with internal stakeholders
- Continuously improving the efficiency of the QA process

**Your Profile should look like**:

- Strong communication skills in both verbal and written English and German
- Proactive and self-driven with excellent analytical abilities
- Comfortable working in a complex environment
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to systematically identify and isolate issues
- Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest technology trends
- Proficient in reporting and tracking product issues in a clear and understandable manner
- Bonus: Familiarity with writing automated tests in various programming languages (e.g., Rails, Vue, Swift, Kotlin)
