**Role Overview,**

We’re looking for a **Working Student - Talent Acquisition** to join our People team and **support our global hiring efforts across all departments**, with a primary focus on international markets.

**This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment in a fast-scaling international company.**

**Main Responsibilities,**
- Contribute to recruitment reporting and hiring metrics tracking (e.g. such as time to hire, source effectiveness).
- Help organize employer branding initiatives (events, LinkedIn content, Glasdoor reviews etc.).
- Support other ad-hoc Talent Operations or Talent-related projects as needed.

**Who You Are**:

- Enrolled student in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field (Bachelor or Master level).
- Passion for Talent Acquisition, People & Culture topics, and eager to learn in a dynamic, high-paced environment.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
- Team player, curious and proactive by nature.
- Proficient in English; German or Spanish is a plus.
- Nice to have: previous experience in the Talent acquisition field, Google Workspace or ATS (e.g., Recruitee) is a plus but not required.
