**Join us as a Working Student (M/F/d) in our Product Strategy team on a shared journey that matters**:
Our Product Strategy team ensures that our MOIA products and offerings are (and will be) in line with market requirements and the general MOIA strategy. We are a dynamic, interdisciplinary team that works on a variety of topics while also constantly working on the larger picture of our product portfolio. By doing so, we collaborate with colleagues and teams on MOIA side (corporate strategy, product units, finance, tech, marketing, brand, mobility consulting - just to name a few), our partners on Volkswagen side, as well as external stakeholders such as partners and future customers.
**The role and your impact at MOIA**:
- Updating our research outputs and databases
- Setting up of a comprehensive product overview
- Researching on ad-hoc topics
- Supporting with team administration
Job responsibilities and detailed projects will be determined based on your educational background, interests and skills.
**What will help you to fulfill your role**:
- You are currently enrolled in a full-time **Bachelor's **or **Master's** program in **Germany**:
- You should be** available for at least 12 months**:
- You love **keeping up to date** with latest mobility trends and bring an avid market knowledge and understanding of mobility systems
- You are fluent in **English** and **German**:
- You are an independent self-starter that takes **ownership** of the tasks and topics assigned to you; If you are stuck you first think of a solution, then ask for help
- Ideally, you have **previous experience** in a company related to the mobility-field, a digital product or autonomous driving
- You are **proficient user of Microsoft Office** and keen to acquaint yourself with new software such as Slack or Trello
**Student Community**:
We are diverse group of mostly students, who are curious, motivated and always eager to learn new things. We are a community of approx. 20 people, living in Hamburg and Berlin. We get together once per quarter to discuss different topics like sharing projects from our daily work or just for a coffee chat.
As a Working Student, you will be working on challenging projects with high impact. You work together with your team, who will help you to identify project goals, while also inspiring you, mentoring you and supporting your professional development.
