Head of Merchandising

As our Head of Merchandising you're joining our ambitious team on their mission to build Europe's leading femcare platform from first period to menopause. You will curate and develop a compelling product assortment that meets the needs and desires of our target audience & brand positioning. You are the key person for our suppliers and establish the strongest relationships with the best terms. You will be part of the leading team at TFC consisting of CEO, CFO & Head of Marketing. This role requires experience in the têxtile industry. Expected Salary ca. 85k.

**The Role**:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive merchandising strategy that aligns with our brand vision and business objectives
- Conduct market research and stay up-to-date with industry trends to identify new product opportunities and potential white spaces in the market
- Collaborate with the design team to translate customer insights and market trends into innovative and appealing product concepts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality products
- Source and evaluate potential suppliers and negotiate favorable terms, including pricing, quality standards, and production timelines
- Work closely with the production team to manage inventory levels, production forecasts, and optimize supply chain efficiency
- Analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to evaluate product performance and identify areas for improvement or expansion
- Monitor competitor activities and pricing strategies to ensure our products remain competitive in the market
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective product positioning, messaging, and promotional strategies
- Manage a team of designers, product developers, supply chain specialists & customer love
