**Your role**

Take the chance, become a Legal Counsel (d/f/m) and grow together with us in an international environment. Provide corporate legal support for the RWE Offshore Wind group as well as legal support to Joint Venture, M&A and Project Finance transactions in the area of renewable energy - specifically Offshore Wind - in Germany and internationally.

**Your future plans**
- Be one of the key legal advisors for renewables joint venture, M&A and project finance transactions as well as management of corporate projects including acquisitions, partnering and divestments - in Germany and internationally
- You are a key contact for setting and advising about core governance principles of the RWE Offshore Wind group. This includes the Delegation of Authorities policy, signatory guideline and further basic corporate principles
- You advise the business on day to day matters which also refers to the operation of joint venture partnerships and post-acquisition integration
- In your role you work across the international RWE Renewables' business, alongside other members of the RWE Offshore Wind’s international Legal Team. You engage with other support functions to deliver a holistic as well as streamlined service to the business of RWE Offshore Wind
- If needed, the engagement and coordination of external legal advice is also part of your job

**Your profile**
- You graduated in law with distinction and have a qualification to work as an attorney
- Furthermore, you score points with several years of relevant working experience with M&A transactions and corporate law in an international law firm or company
- You have extensive commercial and technical understanding
- Your organizational, analytical and communication skills can be described as very good. Another aspect to underline in this context is your solution-oriented mindset
- We can trust on your customer-orientation, consulting as well as negotiating skills
- A high level of engagement and flexibility is self-evident for you. You are able to work professionally and accurately in a time-sensitive setting
- You enjoy working in an international team and are open for occasional travel
- Moreover, you like to use your very good English and German language skills in your daily business. The capability of conducting negotiations in a further EU-language is a welcome plus
