The **Senior Client Solutions Associate **role sits within our EMEA **Private Equity** Financial Services team, based in Munich. We have a prestigious and sophisticated client base at leading financial institutions in the EMEA region, including some of the world's largest Private Equity funds. This is a key role within GLG, serving our clients and exceeding their expectations. You will be responsible for delivering projects to clients, building relationships with our Network Members (experts) and working with senior colleagues to maximise GLG's growth and impact. At GLG you will have both the opportunity to build your career and to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment. **Specific responsibilities include (but are not limited to)**: - Executing time-sensitive projects for GLG's clients working within a specialised team - split by either by industry, region or investment strategy - Leveraging GLG's network to match Network Members with clients, based on the client's needs and learning to recruit new senior industry experts for the first 2 - 4 months to grow GLG's network and enable you to fully engage with our service proposition. - Daily interaction with GLG's experts over the phone to qualify profiles to ensure exact fit for client projects - Maintaining accountability and responsibility for client projects and the overall client experience - Enhancing your knowledge of clients by building strong relationships with them in addition to thoughtful background research of their portfolio, and typical investment criteria. - Partnering with our Business Development/Sales team to further engage clients in order to grow revenue and ensure retention of existing accounts - Partnering with GLG's Events, Strategic Projects and Survey teams to pitch and execute a wide range of products - Preparation for and attendance of client meetings alongside Sales team counterparts and other members of the Client Solutions organisation. - Demonstrable experience managing client relationships, ideally gained within a B2B environment. - Ability and mind set to provide service, care and insight to your clients. - Excellent communication skills, applicable across written, in-person, virtual interactions. - Experience delivering excellent client service in a fast-paced environment - Demonstrable commercial acumen - Strong desire to work in a collaborative environment - Full business proficiency in English; additional European languages are desirable but not essential for this role - Ability to multi-task and prioritise activities effectively, while ensuring a high level of accuracy and attention to detail - Full business profency in German and English **Career Progression**: 18-24 months after achieving specific qualitative goals (consistent high-quality end-to-end delivery, customer experience, quality of relationship management and outreach), Senior Client Services Associates may progress into more senior roles within Client Solutions, where you are responsible for your own book of business, managing client relationships - if that is how you wish to progress your career.
