**The role will require you to**:
- Collaborate with Data Centre owners, operators, and investors to understand their pain-points and uncover relevant consulting opportunities - and to then **prospect,** **scope, win and deliver** those DC opportunities.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver won consulting projects and navigate a matrixed business environment.
- Conduct analysis, data collection, and engage with senior stakeholders to develop strategies and provide recommendations to enhance clients' business performance.
- Provide innovative solutions to a broad range of clients, demonstrating a track record of fast-paced learning and collaborative cross-functional working.
- Use the consulting function to open conversations and opportunities for the other JLL Data Centre service lines, particularly Transactional and Project and Development Services and going forward also Operational Services.
**Key Activities**:
- Develop and lead the strategic DC growth agenda for JLL in Germany with an advisory-led approach delivering increased revenue in the sector.
- Lead and engage at all levels internally and externally as we embody the consulting-led sales approach to grow the whole Data Centre business.
- Be the coordinator of the JLL DC community across all lines of businesses in Germany.
- Lead in the market, attending events, acting as a thought-leader on panels and other speaking opportunities and evangelising JLL and the Data Centre offer in the industry.
- Ensure excellence in client liaison and service, maintaining and developing a professional relationship at peer/sponsor level within the client organisation.
- Own and deliver assignments to lead on and generate opportunities for new projects.
- Establish deliverables, resource needs, and work plans with clients and internal departments.
- Draft proposals and commercial terms.
- Manage multiple high-priority projects across the region, ensuring compliance with client's procedures.
- Translate clients' strategic direction into change management strategies.
- Conduct financial analysis and generate business case reports.
- Be knowledgeable on a broad range of Data Centre consulting topics such as Sustainability, Supply Chain, Physical Security, Technological innovation and Operations and actively seek to broaden the consulting pipeline through this knowledge.

- Strong client experience with a track record of converting relationships into fee-earning work.
