**Product Owner (M/F/d) Industrial IoT platform**:

- REQUISITION ID: 4522- LOCATION: Hamburg, DE, 22419 Rostock, DE, 18057- DEPARTMENT: EngineeringAs **Product Owner **(M/F/d) Industrial Internet-of Things (IIoT)** at Nordex, you will spearhead the development and delivery of a groundbreaking IIoT platform that optimizes the performance, efficiency, and reliability of our wind turbines. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will translate customer insights and industry trends into actionable product functionalities and features. Your leadership will be instrumental in guiding the creation, launch, and continuous enhancement of our IIoT platform, solidifying our position as an industry pioneer.

**YOUR TASKS**
- Define a compelling product vision and roadmap for the Nordex IIoT platform and its self-developed components
- Prioritize and maintain product backlogs, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
- Lead agile development teams by providing clear product direction through well-defined user stories, acceptance criteria, and sprint planning.
- Translate the product/program managers´ strategies to tasks for development and understand and anticipate customer needs, be the primary liaison for stakeholders
- Collaborate closely with design and engineering teams to ensure seamless user experiences and high-quality software development.
- Collaborate with system architects to create realization concepts and decide on the implementation according to the platform architectural guideline, the business needs and the cost to the company
- Take responsibility for the implementation and improvement of agile methods
- Identify deficiencies in processes as well as system design and implementation and initiate measures of improvement

**YOUR PROFILE**
- Proven knowledge and experience in the IIoT domain and leading agile development teams as a product owner
- Knowledgeable in service architectures, API-Design (esp. REST), integration patterns, (industrial) communication protocols such as OPC-UA, MQTT, TCP/IP, SOAP
- Strategic Thinking combined with high quality organizational and leadership skills
- Strong technical understanding and analytical skills (systematic approach, recognize dependencies, weaknesses and risks)
- Strong communication skills and ability to discuss complex topics with both business and technical staff
- Knowledge and experience in (scaled) agile development processes
- Knowledge and experience in DevOps processes and technologies are nice to have
- Fluent in English, Spanish or German additionally is a plus
- Ability to take decisions in an uncertain environment and with incomplete information
- Experience in working in an industrial environment beneficial
- Knowledge in Microsoft Azure Cloud Architectures beneficial
