Join our mission to accelerate the world's transition to sustainable energy As a Facility / Operations Coordinator in our Berlin office, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our Tesla Centers in Central Europe run smoothly and provide an exceptional experience to employees and customers.

What You’ll Do
- Handle daily facility requests and distribute to vendors within your region
- Promptly resolve repairs, maintenance, and upgrades for Tesla locations
- Communicate with stakeholders on facility initiatives and projects
- Manage utilities, invoices, and vendor relations, ensuring timely and effective solutions to issues that may arise
- Collaborate with the programs team to implement EMEA level projects and ensure a seamless experience for all stakeholders
- Foster positive relationships with front-line teams through regular site visits, providing support and feedback
- Support new store openings and post-handover execution, ensuring a smooth transition and ongoing successRespond to emergencies, providing prompt and effective solutions

What You’ll Bring

- Ability to influence key stakeholders and act as a well-respected, trusted partner
- 3+ years of experience in Facilities Management or a related field, with a proven track record of success
- Exceptional organizational skills, project management, and attention to detail, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
- German and English proficiency (preferred), with strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to quickly learn new systems and technologies
- Willingness to travel on regular basis
