**Business Project Coordinator (M/F/d)**

This role is in Crop Science’s Product Supply function reporting into Head of Portfolio Management & Capabilities. This position works in a junior project manager role often specializing in the coordination of project scheduling, budgeting, organization and reporting. This professional role involves working closely with project and program managers to make sure assigned projects and/or programs are well-organized and running smoothly. A Business Project Coordinator needs to excel in a fast-paced and challenging work environment which can include communicating with various business and/or technology units within the organization to ensure all stakeholders are in alignment.

**YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Maintaining PMC templates and shared team repositories for consistency & ensuring documentation is current and updated as necessary
- Coordinating equipment use, activities, information and resources
- Onboarding & training of new staff members
- Learning about every aspect of each project they are assigned
- Keeping track of changes in the long
- and short-term goals for projects
- Managing the calendars/scheduling for projects
- Making sure that employees attend relevant meetings and meet their deadlines
- Communications within project teams
- Preparing agendas and/or action items for individuals or project teams
- Tracking & managing of budgeting details and Identifying new ways to reduce expenses

**WHO YOU ARE**
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or a related field and several years of professional
experience or Master's degree
- Several years of business experience with focus on project management and / or change management
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
