**Was Dich bei uns erwartet**
- Prüfung der Eingangsrechnungen nach steuerrechtlichen Vorgaben
- Eigenständige Bearbeitung der Eingangsrechnungen (Kontierung/Buchung aller Service-, Lager
- und Logistikdienstleister-Rechnungen im SAP S/4 HANA)
- Kontenabstimmung und -pflege unserer Lieferanten
- Bearbeitung des elektronischen Kreditorenpostfachs
- Erstellung der wöchentlichen Zahlläufe
- Pflege und Validierung der Stammdaten unserer Lieferanten
- Monatliche Erstellung der Gutscheinrechnungen an unsere Geschäftspartner
- Unterstützung der Kollegen aus dem Hauptbuch und dem Controlling bei der Vorbereitung von Monats-, Quartals
- und Jahresabschlüssen
- Unterstützung bei der Bearbeitung von internen Spendenanfragen, Buchung und Auszahlungen sowie Einholung der Spendenquittungen für die Steuerabteilung
- Weiterführende Aufgaben (z.B. Reisekostenverbuchung, Intercompany-Rechnungserstellung, Bundesbankmeldungen, ARAP)

**Qualifications**
- Einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Bereich der Kreditorenbuchhaltung
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (z.B. Steuerfachangestellter, Industriekaufmann oder Betriebswirt) o.ä.
- Gute Kenntnisse in Excel und anderen Office-Programmen
- SAP S/4 HANA Kenntnisse von Vorteil
- Gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Absoluter Teamplayer mit einer selbstständigen und verantwortungsbewussten Arbeitsweise
- Kommunikationsstärke und Eigeninitiative machen dein Profil komplett
