Team Lead Service
**Your role and responsibilities**:
In this role you will have the opportunity to support the PAEN service organisation and customers during the quotation process with a strong focus on commercial operations. You will act as a key technical and commercial resource for our customers on a daily basis. You will also demonstrate your expertise by supporting the technical description of products and technology, determining costs, coordinating order preparation and supporting the final contract negotiation process. You will also assist the Site Manager with administrative and commercial tasks. You will be mainly accountable for: - Providing technical and commercial advice and solutions to customer enquiries. - Supporting the preparation of standard quotations, including engineering, installation, materials and commissioning packages, and coordinating a medium-sized order preparation team. - Assist in final contract negotiations and ensure achievement of order, Net Price Variance (NPV) and Net Promoter Score (NPS) targets. - Provide administrative and commercial support to the Site Manager to ensure the smooth running of the business.
**Qualifications for the role**:
- You are highly skilled in commercial sales support, order processing and contract coordination, with a strong understanding of proposal preparation and project execution in an industrial environment.
- You have several years' commercial experience within a technical sales or service organisation.Your background will enable you to effectively support both technical and commercial aspects of the sales process.
- You have a passion for structured processes, cross-functional collaboration and customer-focused solutions. You also bring a proactive and solution-oriented approach to your daily work.
- You are fluent in both German and English, both spoken and written, enabling you to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
