**European Talent Acquisition Interface Specialist**
Location: Flexible - could be located in any UPS SP Center in Germany

We’re looking for someone to become the trusted interface between 33 countries and our global Talent Acquisition team. **Your Mission**:
As the go-to Talent Acquisition Interface for Europe, you'll serve as the strategic link between local business needs and global TA processes. From Germany to Portugal, you’ll ensure clarity, consistency, and top-tier delivery in every recruitment project — while managing priorities and driving stakeholder satisfaction.
**What You’ll Do**:
- Act as the primary point of contact for all recruitment requests from 33 European countries.
- Lead and support end-to-end hiring efforts — professional, niche, and executive roles included
- Organize weekly calls with key markets (Germany, UK, Netherlands, France, Poland) to ensure alignment and issue resolution
- Serve as a strategic connector for all European countries.
- Ensure adoption and optimal use of Workday and Jira for recruitment coordination
- Identify and escalate regional or language-related inconsistencies in job postings
- Mentor and support regional HR teams with best practices, tools, and market insights
- Communicate confidently and professionally across borders, primarily in German and English
**What You Bring**:
- 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or HR, ideally with international or multi-country exposure
- Fluent in German and English (written and spoken); additional European languages are a strong plus
- Sound knowledge of European recruitment markets and compliance practices
- Experience with tools such as Workday, Jira, or similar HR platforms
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills — able to manage multiple requests and priorities
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Team-oriented, solutions-focused, and eager to improve processes and outcomes
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international, and culturally diverse environment.
