Become part of our IU international team **by December **in** full-time - **at one of our locations in **Munich, Berlin**, **Hamburg **or **remotely**. **UX/UI-Designer - International (M/F/d)** **Your tasks**: - Responsible for marketing design in our international markets team - Align with stakeholders from Marketing, Performance Marketing, and CRM to provide suitable design solutions for marketing projects - Guide the creative process and the design team's work from start to finish, manage project flow and prioritization seamlessly - Help to guide brand and marketing designers through mentorship and feedback - Ensure consistency with IU brand design guidelines along all marketing touchpoints - Turn user research into representative personas, user stories, user journeys, storyboards, and other design thinking representations - Engage external agencies or freelance talent as necessary and provide constructive feedback and direction **Your Profile**: - At least a Bachelor Degree in Design or similar - 6+ years of experience in graphic design - Proven success leading design teams - Experience working in cross-functional roles - Capable of working on large or complex projects (or multiple small/mid-size projects) while maintaining momentum and quality - Experience working with Adobe CC, Figma, testing and tracking tools (e.g Hotjar, A/B Tasty) - Ideally experience with HTML/CSS (basic knowledge required) and Google Analytics - An outstanding design portfolio demonstrating wider strategic design thinking in projects - Hands-on mentality and drive to ensure implementation by overcoming challenges independently - Business Englisch (fluent written and spoken) **What we offer**: - A versatile and responsible task in a collegial atmosphere at the pioneer of digital education - A great international working environment - Attractive career prospects in a rapidly expanding entrepreneurial environment - Internal further education offers and development perspectives with great creative freedom for your ideas and your commitment (e.g. online German classes) - Possibility of a national and international job change within the group of companies - Performance-related salary increases, employee discounts and cooperations - Flexible working time **Get a good rest**: We push ourselves every day to go above and beyond.
