**About the role**

Do you want to gain some practical experience during your studies and HR is your field of interest? Are you looking for a hands-on job position where you get to do the real tasks even while still studying? If so, look no further and become a part of our dream team

**The role and your impact at the team**
- Administrative support of employees throughout the employee life cycle (contract preparation, creating/maintaining employee files)
- HRIS data administration
- Communication with new hires and organization of onboarding next steps
- Continuous optimization of internal HR processes

**You will fit great with the following skills and qualifications**
- You are currently enrolled as a student in Germany and are able to come to our Berlin office at least once a week
- You already have student job/internship experience in HR or administration.
- You are fluent in English (B2) and have at least an intermediate knowledge of German (A2/B1)
- You are able to work independently, and we can rely on you
- You are excited about working with people and always eager to learn
