**About us**

**Your mission**
We believe that an interdisciplinary approach is needed to succeed. Therefore, we are looking for talented people (f/x) in different tech and non-tech fields on all levels, from high school internship to upper management. Depending on your background and interests, you could help us create innovative solutions in one (or more) of the following areas.
- *

Solutions Engineering*: Around 50% of our team has a strong background in engineering or computer science. As part of an Engineering team you can contribute your Software, AI Engineering and/or Project Management to exciting state-of-the art customer projects, to building up our very own MLOps framework, or to making sure operations are running smoothly with our IT & Infrastructure team.
- **Academy**: Education is the key to foster technology adoption. In the past years, we trained thousands of people in our MOOCs or corporate training programs, built and delivered by talented Instructional Designers, Trainers and Project Managers. ‘Building shared wisdom’ is one of our company's principles and making top-notch content accessible to a whole ecosystem or even the general public is one way of living it.
- **Marketing/Sales/Partnerships**: Our Partner Success department facilitates the interaction of our ecosystem, consisting of important organizations from industry, academia and technology. To lift Europe to the AI age, we create knowledge together with our partners, make our success stories visible and continuously learn to shape market trends with our offerings.
- **P**eople/Finance/Operations*: Together, we create a great place to work because we take care of our team’s happiness whilst operating in a human, sustainable, stable and efficient manner. We are working towards a data-driven approach to foster transparency and equality, while caring heavily for the awesome individuals we call our colleagues at appliedAI.

In addition to all the fields described above, please note that we can design many mixed roles, interfacing between disciplines. Some of them can be found on our website but many are not - so please don’t hesitate to submit your CV if you could imagine being part of appliedAI but aren’t exactly sure about the department. **Your profile**
You care about AI as much as we do and you want to make an impact on our society. For some of our roles, prior experience in AI is not a must. What matters more is a strong interest in the field, eagerness to learn new things and an ambition to challenge the status quo. In our principles, you can find more details about how we appreciate working together.
- University degree in STEM, business, economics, or social sciences. Alternatively, a completed apprenticeship with several years of work experience. You belong to the best of your class and are a go-to expert for your field.
- If you have prior work experience, you have the possibility to start in a senior role or in a leadership or expert position
- For student jobs or internships you should be currently enrolled at university
- Strong interest and ambition to deepen your knowledge in AI
- Curiosity and willingness to learn new things and grow
- Desire to make an impact to the society of tomorrow and the way technology changes industries to the better
- Ability to work in a team to share knowledge and successes
- Fluent in English
