**Your tasks**:

- Clarification of requirements with customers regarding support, eShop integration, EDI & OCI and 3D printing
- Technical contact person in sales for the above-mentioned topics
- Performance of training sessions (for customers and Krones employees) and preparation of necessary presentations/training documents and process documentation
- Responsible for the preparation of contractual rules as well as KPI reporting
- Active participation in use case definitions and process optimisations
- Participation in the introduction and expansion of new business models (e.g. service level agreements)
- Description of requirements / preparation of specifications
- Completion of customer presentations

**Your profile**:

- Sound commercial vocational training with further training relevant to the position or completed commercial or technical studies
- Extensive professional experience in the field of sales required
- Knowledge in the development and implementation of new sales channels in the digitalisation environment
- Deep understanding of the implementation of digital strategies and their processes
- Structured, result
- and success-oriented way of working
- Outgoing and team-oriented behaviour
- Good to very good knowledge of written and spoken business English and German

Krones has agreed an acknowledged pay scale with the Bavarian IG Metall trade union.
