Sales Administrator

We are searching for a dedicated and passionate individual with Business Administration/Accounting background who is ready to join a company that is currently building strong momentum and growth.

**Your role will include**:
Sales Administrator/Assistant Accounting is mainly be responsible for below;
- Receive and process sales orders online and issuing invoices
- Process incoming mail concerning billing and invoicing
- Generate and send sales invoices.
- Communicate with Sales and Logistics team to organize sales order, delivery date and resolve enquiries
- Maintain the billing system and ERP master for sales invoice

**About you**
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or accounting is preferred.
- Equivalent experience considered.
- Fluent English is required. Proficiencies in other languages such as Dutch or Korean are plus.
- Proficiency with ERP and Microsoft Office software.
- A keen eye for detail.
- The ability to communicate articulately and efficiently with other people within the company.

**Working conditions**

40 hours per week, (8:30 - 17:00 including 30 mins lunch break)
