This is your mission
- Assist in the organisation of applicant management - from job posting to interviewing and closing - participate in close collaboration with marketing and management
- Be responsible for the maintenance of the HR system
- Conduct and accompany staff appraisals and assist in the development and set-up of a performance management system
- Further develop employer branding measures as well as maintain communication with universities and initiatives
- Further develop and optimise existing processes
- Take over the consulting and support of all employees in HR topics
- Be responsible for office and team management

This is your profile
- You are studying economics, human resources or a similar course of study, or have just finished and want to take on new challenges
- You have a good feeling for people and passion for the implementation of HR topics
- You have a trustworthy and loyal personality with great organisational skills and a proactive work attitude
- You are confident and have good social skills as well as a high degree of independence and assertiveness
- You are proficient in the use of MS Office
- You have a very good command of German and English, both written and spoken
- You work independently and have a hands-on mentality
- You are willing to work in our team for at least 3 months (preferably longer)

Your way into our team
- First meeting with Oli, our founder, and HR: 30 minutes via videocall
- Processing of a mini case study - 5-7 days processing time
- Presentation of your Mini Case Study in English followed by a discussion: 1 hour in our office on site
