Ziel der Rolle** Sekretärin (m/w/d) - Real Estate **ist es, die Niederlassungsleitung vertrauensvoll und auf Augenhöhe im Tagesgeschäft zu unterstützen und zu entlasten. Zudem fungieren Sie als wichtige Schnittstelle zu internen Abteilungen sowie externen Partner:innen.

**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Unterstützung und Entlastung der Niederlassungsleitung im operativen Tagesgeschäft
- Beschaffung, Aufbereitung und Analyse von Informationen zur Entscheidungsvorbereitung
- Terminkoordination, Reiseplanung sowie eigenständige Erstellung der Reisekostenabrechnungen
- Organisation von Besprechungen und Konferenzen
- Annahme eingehender Telefonate und deren Vermittlung in deutscher und englischer Sprache
- Bearbeitung und Weiterleitung des Postein
- und ausgangs sowie des E-Mail - und Faxeingangs
- Erstellung von Präsentationen

**Ihr Profil**:

- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung; alternativ abgeschlossenes (Hochschul-)Studium im Immobilienwesen
- Mehrjährige relevante Berufserfahrung in vergleichbarer Position
- Erworbene Erfahrung oder gutes Grundverständnis für die Prozesse eines etablierten Real Estate Assetmanagers
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Teamfähigkeit, Empathie und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Durchsetzungsvermögen und Belastbarkeit
- Erfahrung in der Anwendung der gängigen MS Office Programme
