**Then come and join our global team as**Working student (f/m/d)**to**support us with the**Development**in the field Medical Imaging.**

**Choose the best place for your work -** Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.

**Your tasks and responsibilities**:

- You will help us with the designing, building and testing imaging systems, for example:
- Using and expanding of image processing tools
- Designing inter-process communication
- Prototyping of image system elements
- You will support us with the conceptualization and implementation of a new infrastructure, for example:
- Conduct research work regarding the technology stack
- Implementation of new technologies in our landscape

**Your qualifications and experience**:

- You are currently studying in an engineering or informatics/computer science field, e.g. electrical engineering, medical engineering, informatics/computer science, AI, data science, machine learning or comparable
- You are at least for 6 months available
- You have good programming skills in one or more of the following languages:
- Python
- C++
- Rust
- You have initial terminal and command line skills
- Initial experience in inter-process communication (e.g. gRPC, Rest, MQTT) and GPU computations (e.g. Cuda, Vulkan) is an advantage

**Your attributes and skills**:

- You have very good communication skills in English, German is a plus
- You have an interest in new technologies and good self-organization/motivation are among your strengths
