**Team lead (M/F/d) Sales**

Do you want to be part of a company that changes the world? As Team lead (M/F/d) Sales at Fosera you bring reliable solar systems to the 2 billion people, still living off-the-grid. Our main markets are in Africa, Asia and Latin America.
You will manage and oversee all customer operations, examine growth opportunities, and take responsibility for the department's performance against targets. You develop and implement sales strategies and develop (new) relationships with key executive decision-makers.

**You will**
- develop and execute **sales strategies,** identify the **roadmap**, and drive enhanced **revenue** **generation** for the business
- **lead** and manage the **sales team**, including setting **goals**, providing **guidance**, and driving **performance** to meet and exceed sales **targets**:

- define and effectively communicate **value propositions** to the team, partner, and customers
- **identify** new sales **opportunities** and markets, and establish **strong and long-lasting relationships** with key stakeholders to grow the business
- **monitor** and observe the **market** and **identify **new **trends** to offer a **competitive** **advantage** and keep Fosera ahead of its competition
- provide regular **feedback to product development** to ensure cohesive messaging of customer needs as input to the company’s **product strategy**

You have
- at least eight years of experience in **sales management** with a proven track record of achieving **sales targets**:

- strong **leadership skills **and proven experience in leading a team toward **growth**:

- exceptional **communication skills**, enabling effective communication in interaction with customers, external partners, and the team
- excellent **listening, negotiating, and presenting skills** and articulate the distinct aspects of services and products based on **added value**:

- an advantage as a **strategic thinker** when it comes to **analyzing** market trends and customer needs and converting them into sales growth
- the ability to **encourage openness and trust** both internally and externally and to **convince** with your **persuasive and charismatic personality**

Our products are small solar systems for basic energy needs such as lighting, charging or cooling food. **Salary**: 60,000.00€ - 80,000.00€ per year
