**About the Role**
**Responsibilities**:
- Lead architectural planning and cloud platform design for CX transformation projects
- Translate business goals into technical solutions aligned with platform capabilities
- Ensure scalability, security, and compliance standards across environments
**Key Skills**:
- End-to-end knowledge of contact center ecosystems
- Platform evaluation (NICE vs Amazon Connect)
- Security, regulatory, and privacy compliance in cloud environments
**Tooling Expertise by Platform**
PlatformTools & LanguagesNotes**NICE CXone**Studio, REST APIs, WFM, QMWorkflow scripting, API-driven integrations**Amazon Connect**Lambda, Step Functions, Lex, DynamoDBDeep AWS knowledge, especially in enterprise contexts
**Qualifications**
- 3-7+ years of relevant development or cloud engineering experience
- Hands-on experience with at least one: NICE CXone or Amazon Connect
- Familiarity with CRM/contact center data flows and customer service operations
- Experience working in Agile teams and CI/CD environments
- AWS or NICE certifications (preferred)
