**About the Role**:
We are looking for a Digital Experience (DX) Associate to join our team to focus on Regional digital marketing execution. In this role, you will partner with the Strategic Marketing and Marketing Communications Associates to translate divisional, brand and business unit objectives, existing marketing assets, and digital platforms / capabilities into hands-on campaign activation, execution, and scale in EMEA. Further you will conduct performance analysis and local market digital insight mining to drive on-going optimization. You will play a key role in delivering the right messaging to the customer, at the right time, to drive deeper customer engagement with Gore and our products.

This position will be locat ed at our facility in Putzbrunn, near Munich with work from home days possible as part of a hybrid arrangement, depending upon the responsibilities of the role and business needs *. This is a temporary contract for 18 months.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure effective management of the digital channels, platforms, and tools in “hub and “spoke” model to ensure effectiveness and efficiency in digital marketing activation
- Interface with Functional Marketing Leaders, Branding Associates, Marketing Communications Associates and digital vendors
- Leverage integrated digital-based global marketing plans and programs to support regional priorities and local market execution and audience engagement with key customer groups
- Champion digital best practices and infusing them into regional and local marketing plans and tactics including local market campaign optimization recommendations and execution
- Share knowledge and support the upskilling of Functional Marketing to empower digital marketing excellence and performance in EMEA
- Measure and report performance of local digital marketing campaigns in EMEA versus target metrics and benchmarks to inform optimization
- Stay abreast of emerging digital trends and providing thought leadership and perspective for in-market adoption where appropriate including local specific digital channels and media
- Be part of the Global Functional Marketing Team, engaging with the Global Digital SMEs and leads

**Required Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing integrated digital marketing programs, ideally in the life sciences / healthcare industry
- Hands-on, proven digital experience in EMEA region and/or markets
- Demonstrated success in leveraging existing digital capabilities, platforms, and assets in addition to partnering with external vendors and internal stakeholders in developing and implementing digital campaign and content execution at the regional and local market level.
- Experience in delivering and measuring digital KPIs
- Understanding of key digital trends, platforms, and channels
- Strong influencing skills with a solution-oriented mindset, ability to collaborate with cross functional teams in a matrixed organization
- Languages: Fluency in English required, and local language preferred
- Ability to travel up to 20%

**Desired Qualifications**:

- MBA preferred
