We are currently looking for a Material Planner (M/F/d) for our factory in Kleve, a role in which you both work on reoccurring planning tasks as well as various exciting projects on phasing-in and, -out materials and ingredients, packaging changes and continuous improvement
**Hybrid (3/4 days in the office)**:
**About the Role**
You ensure timely delivery of assigned ingredients and packaging materials to ensure timely material availability for production. You coordinate necessary transportation to support the material plan, including daily adjustments to the current production plan. You monitor inventory to reduce the risk of obsolete materials, maintaining the obsolete risk files, ensuring timely financial reservation. Day to day, you process exception messages and exception reports generated by the SAP system.
- Verifying incoming goods in SAP, checking and filing invoices, credit notes and processing them via DCIW workflow
- Smooth cooperation with the central procurement group regarding, for example, contract monitoring, packaging unit coordination, and contract volume determination
- Processing and checking artwork changes and artwork workflows
- Phase-out, phase-in planning of new ingredients or materials
**So, what does it take to be successful in this role?**
- Commercial training or alternative sufficient professional experience
- Good spoken and written English skills (German is preferred)
- Good MS Office skills, especially Excel
- Good IT skills, SAP preferred
