**Senior Legal Counsel Aufsichts
- und Kapitalmarktrecht (m/w/d) in Hamburg**:

**Dein zukünftiges Aufgabengebiet**:

- Unterstützung der Fachbereiche in allen Fragen rund um das Aufsichts
- und Kapitalmarktrecht
- Beratung und Betreuung aller allgemeinen und transaktionsbezogenen Fragestellungen des Aufsichtsrechts
- Beantwortung von Fragen zu Verordnungen der BAFIN, zu EU Richtlinien und zu Vorgaben des BMF
- Vertretung in Arbeits
- und Fachkreisen
- Aktive Mitwirkung bei unterschiedlichen Projekten

**Dein Profil**:

- Juristische Ausbildung mit überdurchschnittlichen 1. und 2. Staatsexamen und Schwerpunkt im Aufsichts
- und Kapitalmarktrecht
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung, gerne in einer international bekannten Kanzlei, in der Rechtsabteilung eines Unternehmens oder in einem Kreditinstitut
- Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit der BaFin und Deutschen Bundesbank
- Souveränes Auftreten, Überzeugungsfähigkeit, Teamfähigkeit und Belastbarkeit
- Unbedingt verhandlungssicheres Englisch in Wort und Schrift
