Private Secretary

Position: Private Secretary with Valet/Butler Duties

Client: Retired International Investment Banker

Affiliation: Working with high-profile leaders and organisations, including DAVOS and the Bilderberg Group, to set strategic direction for global banking policies

Location: Europe-based, extensive international travel required

Travel Requirements: Minimum 5-7 months per year, with an additional travel allowance of €1800 per month

**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:

- Executive Support: Manage confidential correspondence, schedules, and appointments, both for business and personal engagements.
- Policy Research: Assist in preparing materials and briefs for high-level policy discussions and strategic initiatives.
- Travel Coordination: Plan, arrange, and accompany the client on international trips, managing accommodations, transport, and agendas.
- Valet/Butler Services: Oversee the client’s personal needs, including wardrobe management, packing, and day-to-day assistance.
- Event Coordination: Organize private and professional events, manage guest lists, and ensure an impeccable service standard.
- Discretion and Confidentiality: Maintain the highest level of confidentiality; signing an NDA is mandatory.

**Requirements**:

- Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and German is required. Proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
- Experience: Prior experience in a similar role with high-net-worth individuals is preferred.
- Professionalism: The highest standards of etiquette, discretion, and confidentiality.
- Flexibility: Willingness to travel extensively, with availability for long periods away from home.
- Security Clearance: Must pass a security background check due to the sensitive nature of the role.
