**Your Tasks & Your Profile**:

- You are a qualified secondary teacher who holds a German second state examination _(2. Staatsexamen)_ for the Gymnasium or a Master’s degree and have long-term experience within the German school system.
- You are interested in the development and implementation of new pedagogical concepts, you are highly committed and a team player.
- You are passionate about working with young adults.
- You can identify with our pedagogical concept and at the same time contribute creatively to it.
- You are fluent in English and highly proficient in spoken and written German (minimum C2 level).
