ransformation. In this versatile role, you can focus on either business development or communication to drive innovative projects and optimize our internal and external communication processes.
You will be part of our team of students and employees from our research areas. In the development process, you can contribute your skills, deepen your interests and you have the chance to constantly learn new things.

Your Tasks:

- You conduct market and trend analyses and research industry topics related to Generative AI to support strategic decisions
- You create interview guidelines and conduct expert interviews to gain valuable insights
- You network with innovators and experts at conferences, trade fairs and webinars on the topic of AI
- You actively participate in discussions on our innovation platform and incorporate aspects of sustainability into innovation processes
- You support creative workshops in terms of organization and content and contribute your ideas to the design of new business models

Necessary Skills:

- Ongoing studies in industrial engineering, business administration, computer science, data science or comparable degree programs
- Initial experience in business development, market research or digitization (knowledge of AI is an advantage, but not a must)
- Good MS Office skills (especially Excel and PowerPoint for analyses and presentations)
- Language skills: English (at least B1) and German (C1)

- A high degree of initiative and interest in future technologies
- Analytical thinking and the ability to grasp complex relationships and communicate them clearly
- Teamwork and communication skills as well as a structured and reliable way of working

Remuneration is based on our collective wage and salary agreement. The current hourly rate for this position is EUR 17.52 - from February 2025 the hourly rate will be EUR 18.10. The internship/final thesis is remunerated with a monthly salary of EUR 979.00 - from February 2025 the monthly salary will be EUR 1,012.00.
