**What will you do**
As a working student (f/m/d) in the global P&C Business Partner team for the Board Area People & Culture your main tasks will be to:
- Actively support the P&C Business Partners in their daily work, pursuing operational and strategic tasks (e. g. organizational changes) and in the execution of core HR processes (e.g. talent management processes, employee surveys)
- Pull and analyze HR reports to different KPIs (e.g. career level or regional distribution)
- Be actively involved in project work (e.g. Upskilling and Onboarding of new Business Partners)
- Assist in the preparation and facilitation of workshops (e.g. workshops to improve employee engagement in a team)
- Research on various strategic HR topics (e.g. organizational set-up of an organization, change management, digital transformation of HR)
**What you bring**
- Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
- Preferred fields of study: HR, business administration, psychology or related
- Computer skills: Microsoft Power Point, Excel, Word
- Language skills: Excellent written and spoken business communication skills in English and German
- Soft skills: Excellent planning and self-organizing skills, ability to pick up information fast, work independently and solution oriented, strong analytical skills, detail orientation
- Others: Reliability

The global People & Culture (HR) Business Partner team forms strategic partnership with business leaders across SAP. They provide strategic consulting and planning, manage transformation and cultural shifts, drive meaningful performance and rewards decisions, and support our people to grow and succeed - supported by analytical insights. This role is your chance to become part of the P&C Business Partner Team for the Board Area People & Culture.- This is a SAP global, strategic, paid working student position that provides students with opportunities to find purpose in their careers._
