**Strategy & Framework Specialist**:
**Deine Aufgaben**:

- Einführung eines Strategy Frameworks für das Agenturgeschäft
- Erstellung der übergreifenden Underwriting Strategie
- Unterstützung der lokalen Underwriter in Australien/Neuseeland, Kanada, den Niederlanden, Schweden und UK bei der Erstellung von lokalen Underwriting Strategien
- Abstimmung der Strategien mit dem Bereichsleiter und Chief Underwriting Officer
- Weiterentwicklung der übergreifenden Underwriting Guidelines
- Eigenverantwortliche Projektarbeit und -koordination sowie Übernahme von Sonderaufgaben innerhalb des Bereichs

**Dein Profil**:

- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder eines ähnlichen Studiengangs mit quantitativem und/oder strategischem Fokus
- Berufserfahrung in der (Industrie-)Versicherung ist von Vorteil
- Wunsch in einem internationalen Umfeld zu arbeiten
- Ausgeprägtes analytisches und strategisches Denkvermögen sowie strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
- Hohe Leistungsbereitschaft, Kommunikationsstärke, Kundenorientierung sowie Teamfähigkeit
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie Interesse an gelegentlicher Reisetätigkeit
