**Description & Key Responsibilities**

At LUY, we believe in building empowered, high-performing teams. And that’s where you come in. As a Scrum Master, you’ll take responsibility for your team’s effectiveness, not just efficiency. You’ll work closely with developers and Product Owners to deliver valuable software in every Sprint. This role goes beyond facilitation: you’ll be a coach, mentor, leader, and catalyst for change within your team and across the organization.
- Drive the team’s effectiveness and delivery of high value increments each Sprint

Support the Product Owners in maximizing product value
- Facilitate meaningful collaboration and team growth through coaching and mentoring
- Lead by example as a servant leader, inspire trust, autonomy, and ownership
- Shift fluidly between roles: facilitator, teacher, coach, or mentor as needed
- Promote and enable team-level self-management and rapid decision-making
- Foster a transparent, empirical way of working with visible artifacts and shared understanding
- Champion agile principles beyond your team, support cross-team collaboration and system-level improvement
- Help the organization evolve by identifying structural change opportunities and driving agile transformation

**Qualifications**
- 3+ years of experience as a dedicated Scrum Master in a software development environment
- Alternatively, we also welcome career changers with a strong professional background in software development, product management, agile ways of working, or team leadership, as long as you bring the mindset, skills, and motivation to thrive in the Scrum Master role
- Familiarity with modern software development practices and product thinking
- Proven ability to nurture team growth, build alignment, and foster ownership
- Strong communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills
- Experience coaching individuals and teams at different stages of maturity
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, product-first SaaS environment
- Excellent English communication skills; German is a plus
- Plus: Commonly recognized certifications, e.g. PSM II or III (scrum.org)
- Plus: experience working with Flow Metrics and other agile metrics, especially if you’ve already introduced or championed them in a Scrum or Kanban context
