**The role includes the following**
- Providing modelling support to enable the development, execution and management of the project finance across all sectors within Structured Finance
- Design and build intermediate/complex models in respect of project/structured finance transactions
- Respond to day-to-day queries raised by client/other banks in respect of the financial model and attend client meetings
- Work with colleagues in the Credit function to co-ordinate the production of cash flow analysis papers to inform investment decisions
- Liaise with clients at a counterpart level to relay specific information and respond to routine queries ensuring a high level of customer service
- Build relationships throughout MUFG to establish a peer network, gather relevant information and help to ensure effective inter-departmental collaboration
- Produce returns calculations and swap line calculations at various stages of the transaction cycle

**In** order to** be successful** in the role, you will need the following**:

- 2-5 years of project finance model building experience. Previous experience of financial modelling in a big four firm, sponsor, bank or similar financial institution
- Strong financial modelling experience and excel skills
- Able to build Project Finance models from scratch
- Good experience of managing project finance model build and launch process and expeience of managing the various stakeholders with respect to the model
- Good grasp of financial accounting combined with a level of business awareness and a strong understanding of the kind of factors that can drive the financial performance of a project financing
- Accountancy qualifications are desirable
- Sound IT knowledge and skills
- Good communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to build credible relationships at all levels
- Accurate with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work on own and prioritise without direction
