Die Funktion verfolgt das Ziel der Sicherung und des Ausbaus der Erträge und der Vertriebsleistung sowohl im Bestandskunden
- als auch im Neukundengeschäft unserer Onlinebank.

Deine Aufgaben
- 2nd-Level-Support für unsere Electronic Banking Produkte, dies umfasst zudem die Sicherstellung der Funktionsfähigkeit der elektronischen Bankdienstleistungen
- Beratung und technischer Support im Bereich Elektronic Banking
- Administration der EBL-Programme und EBL-Produkte
- Aufbau Spezialistenwissen und Bereitstellung für die Gesamtbank
- Unterstützung der Online-Filiale durch Erledigung von anfallenden Aufgaben im Bereich Sachbearbeitung Markt
- Übernahme von Korrespondenz, Terminkoordination sowie Wahrnehmung von Routineaufgaben im Kundenverkehr.

Dein Profil
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (idealerweise im Bankumfeld)
- Berufserfahrung im Bereich Elektronik Banking und idealerweise Fachkenntnisse über die Angebote des elektronischen Zahlungsverkehrs aus der VR-Finanzgruppe
- Erfahrung in der direkten Kundeninteraktion bspw. Hotline-Unterstützung
- Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Fähigkeit sich auf andere Menschen einzustellen
- Hohe Leistungsmotivation und Belastbarkeit
