**Deine Rolle in unserem Team**
- Bearbeitung von Anfragen zu Betreuungsleistungen der OnSite-Organisationen (z. B. Kostenkalkulation, Terminplanung, Disposition)
- Pflege und Weiterentwicklung eines intern genutzten Wartungstools bzgl. Funktionalität und Benutzerfreundlichkeit sowie laufende Schulung / Information der jeweiligen Key Account User
- Laufende Erfolgsüberwachung und Sicherstellung der Zufriedenheit von betreuten Kundenstandorten mit den angebotenen Leistungen des Teams (z.B. Servicequalität, Wirtschaftlichkeit / Kosten, Informationsgüte)
- Inhaltliche Gestaltung von fachspezifischen Schulungen und von Unterweisungen für das OnSite Management
- Temporäre operative Remoteunterstützung der Teams in den OnSite Standorten

- Ausbildung mit betriebswirtschaftlichem/technischen Hintergrund
- ausgeprägter Zahlenaffinität und großes Interesse an Analysen und Auswertungen
- Kommunikationsstärke und strukturiertes Vorgehen, um komplexe Zusammenhänge schnell und korrekt zu erfassen
- fundierte Erfahrung mit Microsoft Anwendungen, speziell Power BI
- proaktives Mitwirken bei Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten
