In this role, you will spend the majority of your time working with our workstream partners designing and planning training for the wider organisation. We are looking for someone who is extremely passionate, and who is happy to work with multiple stakeholders to help us achieve success in our global P&O agenda, delivering a great people experience. **Your Mission (ideally less than 8 points)** - Assist the People Programs and Business Partnering teams in designing training materials (presentations, videos, documentation) and plans on Growth, Talent and Total Rewards topics for roll-out to the organization - Schedule, facilitate, and host various enablement training and programs with support of the People Programs and Business Partnering teams - Take guidance from the Learning and Development team to identify what content and delivery types to use inside the teams, and evaluate effectiveness - Collaborate with the Business Partnering and People Programs Leads to create consistent training materials, and to clearly define learning objectives for training programs such as playbooks, guides, and best practice one-pagers - Support the ct Academy in creating and maintaining a catalogue of people enablement materials from the People Programs and Business Partnering teams for the various people products - Review materials to ensure they reflect any product, or content changes across the people products and drive improvements for asynchronous learning **What you need to succeed** - Ongoing studies at a university in business administration, human resources or psychology - Team player with a pronounced hands-on and "can do" mentality, an active collaborator, seeking feedback from the team to understand the 'big picture' - Strong interest for people topics and data and availability of approx. 16-20 hours/week - Well organized with attention to detail, good research, conceptual and communication skills - Great with Gsuite and able to quickly learn other digital tools, you'll also have a keen eye for designing presentations - Fluent English (any other language skills are a benefit) **We care about your Growth and Well-being** - **️ Remote Work**:Up to 60 days/year from a country different from your base country - ** Open Learning & Development Budget**: - **ct Academy**:Regular internal training sessions - **Our Benefits**:Check them out here - ️ **Flexibility**: Morning person or night owl?
