**You**:

- As a Senior Industrial Designer, you are the driving force behind our projects. You combine creative excellence with technical understanding to create design solutions that are not only aesthetically pleasing, but also technically and economically convincing.

Your tasks in detail:

- ** Design development**: You will independently develop innovative, holistic product designs - from the initial idea to detailed elaboration.
- ** Technical realisation**: You will work closely with engineers and manufacturing partners to ensure that your designs are technically feasible and producible. A solid knowledge of manufacturing processes such as injection moulding, metalworking or additive manufacturing is a matter of course for you.
- ** Creative partner**:You contribute ideas, inspire the team and actively participate in internal and external creative workshops.
- ** Customer communication**: You present your concepts convincingly to customers, take on board feedback and implement it in a targeted manner. Your strong communication skills help you to convey complex ideas clearly and comprehensibly.
- ** Teamwork**:You work closely with design colleagues, project managers and engineers to combine design quality, functionality and technical feasibility. As a senior designer, you are also a mentor for younger team members and actively share your knowledge.
- ** Quality focus**:You ensure that every project meets the high aesthetic, functional and economic demands of our customers.

To strengthen our team, we are now looking for a** Senior Industrial Designer**who can make a significant contribution to our design quality and project realisation with their experience, creative flair and technical expertise

**Requirements**:

- You are an experienced designer with an eye for detail, a passion for technical products and a strong flair for innovative design. You bring with you:

- A degree in **industrial design**, product design or a comparable discipline.
- At least **5 years of professional experience** in the design of sophisticated, technically-orientated products.
- Sound knowledge of common manufacturing technologies such as injection moulding, CNC machining, metal forming or additive manufacturing.
- High level of design expertise and a strong understanding of form, function and technical details.
- Very good skills in using **CAD software**(e.g. SolidWorks, Rhino) as well as tools such as **KeyShot**and the **Adobe Creative Suite.**:

- Experience in communicating with customers and the ability to present convincingly - in German and English.
- An independent, structured way of working, paired with team spirit and a willingness to take on responsibility.
- A passion for innovation, creative processes and the desire to design products that set standards.
