We seek to fill the following position:
**Associate Research & Faculty (f/m/div)**
part-time (30 hours/week)
Your tasks:
- Management of faculty recruitment procedures
- Processing of requests and database maintenance related to faculty management (teaching reductions, sabbaticals)
- Coordination of the School´s fellows and adjuncts (appointments, renewals, contracts, data management, website)
- Support to review procedures of our faculty (performance evaluation)
- Overall support of the team (data maintenance, communication, general administration)
Your profile:
Core requirements:
- University degree in a relevant field
- Purpose-driven, self-starting, and detail-oriented team player
- Project management skills such as planning, coordination, and communication
- Excellent written and oral command of English
Desirable qualifications:
- Work experience in an international context, ideally an academic or non-profit environment is an advantage
- German language skills are an asset
