**Requirements**:

- Background in a technical or engineering discipline.
- An MBA degree from an accredited institution.
- 5-10 years of professional work experience in a relevant industry or field.
- Demonstrated leadership experience, preferably in international or cross-functional settings.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Adaptability and a willingness to work in a fast-paced, innovative, and collaborative environment.
