WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

**As Process and Method Design Manager (M/F/d), we are looking for you to holistically analyze development processes, design them efficiently, and further develop them using appropriate methodological approaches.**
- Modeling the process and methodology landscape in the area of research and development
- Developing, improving, and providing training for development processes
- Leading working groups to improve processes
- Implementing improvements and continuously maintaining the process and methodology landscape at Rheinmetall Landsysteme
- Selecting, adapting, and introducing suitable management and working methods
- Standardizing development procedures

WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE
- Successfully completed degree in computer science, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or comparable
- Knowledge of MethodPark Stages, ibo Prometheus, SAP Signavio, or similar
- Experience in the development disciplines of mechanics, electronics, and embedded systems
- Very good written and spoken German and English
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Willingness to travel occasionally
