You will work for our Loyalty tribe, which includes three portals: iGraal, Shoop, and Pouch, European leaders in cashback and rewards. These platforms alert customers with the best deals from customers' favourite websites and mobile apps to enjoy cashback and money-saving services instantly. Our brands offer customers cash rewards within a network of more than 4,000 online merchants and top-tier brands. As a result, since 2010, we have redistributed over €100 million in cashback.

We are currently looking for a Senior Director Engineering (M/F/d) to join our Engineering team in our office in Berlin. Our Product and Technology team is autonomous and co-functional, operating in an agile environment with a customer focus. Our engineers, product managers, designers, QA, and analysts target outcomes rather than outputs, using OKRs to deliver our vision. Amongst many exciting challenges, you will:

- Join the tribe tech leadership team, supporting the drive for quality, devops within the domain
- Contribute to the wider global technology team while being responsible for 4 or 5 squads (30-40) engineers and tech leads, depending on domain and experience.
- Play the primary role in launching features and tools across Global Saving Groups digital channels to support growth for internal and external customers
- Create an environment focused on engineering excellence and efficient execution (prioritising code quality and sustainable architectural decisions).
- Promote and celebrate the successes of the team internally and externally, contributing to the attraction and retention of great talent
- Build trust with teammates and senior team members across the business

- Excellent work experience in managing global tech leaders
- A solid track record of building and leading and developing large scale product development teams and in global settings in a dynamic environment
- Passionate about agile, quality and devops, with a desire to continuously improve in all aspects of the Software Development LifeCycle
- Knowledgeable of technology patterns & practices that support a highly scalable, secure and robust product platforms
- Focused on engineering excellence and efficient execution (favouring code-quality and sustainable architectural decisions)
- Looking to collaborate with supportive colleagues, sharing experience and expertise, as we strive to deliver great savings to our customers
- Someone who promotes and celebrates the successes of the team, both internally and
- externally, attracting and retaining great talent
- Capability to manage and work with senior stakeholders
