**About you**:

- You are studying marketing, communication sciences, economics or in a comparable field
- Ideally, you already have some professional experience in the marketing environment
- You are creative when it comes to writing appealing content and texts
- You are interested in topics and current trends in marketing and social media
- You are characterised by an independent way of working, reliability, quick comprehension

and the ability to develop and implement your own ideas
- Initial experience in working with modern media is an advantage
- You have a native-level command of German and are conversationally fluent in English

**Your mission**
Support our team in the creation of diverse content, social media management, event
planning, graphic design and innovative communication strategies:

- **Content creation**:As part of our team, you will be responsible for creating text, image and
video content, including social media posts, blog posts and updates for our website. You
will also support events and ensure video and photo content.
- **Social media management**: You will actively support the management of our social media
channels by creating engaging content, planning posts and managing our community.
- **Events**:You will be involved in the planning and realisation of internal and external events
(e.g. also at fairs within Germany).
- **Graphic design**:You create appealing visual content for texts and social media posts in
accordance with our brand guidelines and templates.
- **Learning and development**:You continuously keep up to date with current best practices
in marketing as well as new communication tools and technologies. This allows you to
actively contribute innovative ideas and play a key role in continuously improving our
communication strategy.
