**Sales Support Specialist (f/m/d) - Automation Systems**:

In this position, you will provide sales support for DCS & HSI (800xA Operations, Melody, AC800M), Controller, Cabinets, Network components and I/O’s in the service region east. Your hands-on experience and knowledge of customer needs will help you not only to build strong customer relationships, but also to actively identify, develop and quote new business opportunities together with our front end sales.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Providing support for customers and sales
- Exceeding customer expectations by appreciating and anticipating current and potential needs
- Coordinating a medium size order preparation Team
- Preparing standard quotations including various engineering-, installation-, material-, and commissioning packages
- Be part of a final contract negotiation team
- Offering of resources and spare parts for all site Service jobs
- Suggesting product and process improvements within the business to enhance operations and customer service

**Your background**:

- Several years of experience in Automation in an EPC Project environment
- Knowledge of process control technology
- Sound knowledge of office especially Excel
- Ability to travel mainly within eastern Germany
- A collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills
- A completed degree in engineering/Technician or similar
- Fluency in German and English - both spoken and written
